Central Penn septic came out within a week of calling to set up an appointment to have our septic pumped. I was told there would be a 3%  cash discount but it was never honored at the time of payment. Danielle reached out to correct. Thank you

My septic overflowed into the house last night. I called Central Penn Septic in the morning and even though being extremely busy they got out to us before lunch. It was a wife and husband team which they were both extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and fast. In no time they pumped and figured out there was a blockage. I seen all the reviews and our system was due to be pumped, called and scheduled for them to come out and they were here in the given time frame. Couldn’t be happier with the service, Travis is a very nice down to earth person! Will definitely be using central penn septic/Travis again!

I do not write a lot of reviews on Google but felt the need to write this one. In the last week,  our septic pump alarm went off twice.  After the second time it happened, my wife called Central Penn Septic (Danielle and Travis) at about 5pm that day figuring we would have a small chance to contact them as it was at the end of the day. We were very concerned. Danielle answered immediately and addressed our concern with Travis. They both did this while they were about ready to enjoy some time with family which to us was courteous and nice. After they arrived back home that night, Danielle texted my wife back indicating that Travis would be there the next afternoon to address the septic pump alarm issue. Travis arrived in the afternoon and corrected the pump alarm issue. Travis also very kindly addressed another issue we had.  This all happened under a 24 hour time span. In addition to addressing our septic pump alarm issue, they have pumped out our tank. This is a wonderful husband and wife team who truly cares about their customers. In addition, they are extremely unselfish, friendly and were extremely personable with both of us.  God Bless you both and thank you so much  Lynn and Jasmine R

Excellent, honest service! Highly recommend!! Companies around me were booked out several months for septic pump out and frankly rude to deal with. Central Penn came out of their normal operating area to help me out. Danielle was very friendly and got me scheduled quickly. With my house being bought as a foreclosure I knew very little about a more complicated septic system on the property. Travis showed up on time, was very professional and kindly explained the system, along with some do's and don'ts to keep the system healthy and some cost savings tips. Great local, family company. Would definitely use them again!

Husband and wife company. Prompt response and easy to schedule. Came early and was thorough and explained/answered all questions. Very personable. Best part is they are pro first responder/vet/military and offer discount! Highly recommend. Will use again and refer to others.
